These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Talmi AI Academy (the “Service”), operated by Talmi Digital LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Place Northeast, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA(“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Talmi AI Academy is an online educational program that helps you learn to use Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic. The Service includes a personalization quiz and, once available, a structured learning program based on your answers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

3. Your information

When you provide information through the Service (such as quiz answers, your name, or your email address), you agree that it is accurate. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Purchases

Parts of the Service may be offered for a fee. Prices and billing terms are shown at the point of purchase before you pay. Paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. If you receive a refund, any certificate obtained through the refunded program is void and may not be used. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store your card details. 5. Intellectual property

The Service and its content (lessons, text, graphics, and design) are owned by Talmi Digital LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the content for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute it.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not share purchased content with others.

7. Relationship to Anthropic and Claude

Claude is a product of Anthropic, PBC. Talmi AI Academyis an independent educational program and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Your use of Claude itself is governed by Anthropic’s own terms, and access to Claude (including any free or paid tiers) is provided by Anthropic, not by us.

8. Disclaimers

The Service provides educational content only. It is not professional, legal, financial, or career advice, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome or result from following the program. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talmi Digital LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. If you keep using the Service after a change, the updated Terms apply.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
