This policy explains what personal data Talmi AI Academy collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. The Service is operated by Talmi Digital LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Place Northeast, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA.

1. Data we collect

• Quiz answers — your responses to the personalization quiz (goals, experience level, preferences). These are processed in your browser and kept in session storage on your device so the quiz can resume if you refresh the page.
• Contact details — the email address and first name you enter at the end of the quiz, used to create and deliver your personalized program.
• Usage data — when analytics are enabled, we collect how the Service is used (pages viewed, quiz steps completed, device type) to understand and improve the funnel.

2. How we use your data

• To personalize and deliver your learning program.
• To send you emails about your program and, if you consented, about related offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To operate, measure, and improve the Service.
• To process payments for paid parts of the Service.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service — such as an email delivery platform, an analytics provider (PostHog), and payment processors — under contracts that limit what they can do with it. Payment card details go directly to the payment processor; we never see or store them.

4. Cookies and local storage

The quiz uses your browser’s session storage to keep your progress; it is cleared when your browsing session ends and is not sent to us. Analytics, when enabled, may use cookies or similar technologies to recognize repeat visits.

5. Retention

We keep your contact details and program data for as long as you use the Service or receive our emails, then delete or anonymize them within a reasonable period. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any email.
• Ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing joachim@talmidigital.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version; material changes will be flagged in the Service or by email.
