Refund Policy

We want Talmi AI Academy to genuinely change how you work with AI — and we know that only happens if you actually use it. That is why our 30-day money-back guarantee is built around one simple idea: give the program a real try, and if it does not work for you, we will refund you in full.

1. The 30-day money-back guarantee

If you purchased a Talmi AI Academy plan, followed your plan, and did not see your first meaningful results, you can request a full refund of your initial payment within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

2. Conditions

The guarantee is for learners who gave the program an honest try. To be eligible, all of the following must be true:

• Your refund request reaches us within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
• Before sending your request, you completed at least 8 lessons of your program (roughly the first module).
• You used the program on at least 3 different days — real learning takes more than one sitting, and so does giving the program a fair chance.
• You have not previously received a refund under this guarantee. The guarantee can be used once per customer.

We verify these conditions using our own usage records (lesson completions and activity dates), so you do not need to send us any proof — just make sure you gave it a genuine try first.

3. What the guarantee covers

The guarantee applies to the first (introductory) payment of your subscription only. Renewal charges are not covered — you can avoid them at any time by cancelling your subscription from your account settings before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges but does not by itself trigger a refund.

4. How to request a refund

Email us at joachim@talmidigital.com from the email address on your account, with a short note that you would like a refund under the 30-day guarantee. We will check your eligibility and reply, normally within a few business days.

Once your refund is confirmed, we issue it promptly to your original payment method through our payment processor. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. After a refund

A refund ends your subscription and your access to the program, including all lessons, prompts, and materials. Any certificate obtained through the refunded program is void: you may not use, display, or reference it (for example on a CV or professional profile). Doing so is a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

6. Fair use

We honor this guarantee gladly for anyone who gave the program a real try. We may decline requests that do not meet the conditions above or that show signs of abuse, such as repeat purchases across multiple accounts to claim the guarantee more than once.

7. Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any non-waivable refund rights you may have under the laws of your country.
